Ingredients:
Salmon - 2 lbs
Onion – ¾ th of one onion(thinly sliced)
Tomato paste – 3 tbsp
Grape tomatoes – 15 nos
Ginger – ½ tsp
Garlic – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Whole dried red chillis – 6 nos
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
Preparation:
Warm the oil, add the curry leaves, red chillis, ginger, garlic. Now add the onion and sauté it until it is golden brown. To it, add the tomatoes and stir it for a minute. Now you can add the tomato paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and the coriander powder. Place the fish and combine everything together. Stir in 1 cup of *water and salt. Bring it to boil.
Note: You can also make this dish with any other fish you like.
Tip: *Use hot water instead of cold water to cook the fish, it saves some time.
