
Ingredients:
Chicken liver – 1 lb
Onion – ½, the onion sliced
Sweet pepper any color – 1 ½, seeded and sliced
Tomato – 2 nos. (diced)
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Ginger – cut in lengthwise
Salt
Oil
Preparation:
Saute the onion and the sweet pepper for 5 minutes and then add the ginger. Add the tomatoes, stir for another 2 minutes. Now stir in the spices, chicken liver and salt.
Note: Over cooking the liver will make it all rubbery
Tip: To make your dish even more colorful, instead of single color sweet
pepper add 3 colors (red, yellow and orange).
