
Ingredients:
(Jell-o)Flan Spanish style custard - 1, 3oz package (or) regular custard mix
Cream cheese - 1, 8 oz pkg.
Eggs - 2
Whole milk - 1/3 cup (2.7 0z)
Sweetened condensed milk - 1/3 cup
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
Beat all the ingredients together until smooth. Place the paper baking cups and pour the mixture in a 6 - cup muffin tin(pan) or a round baking pan.
Preheat oven to 350degrees and bake until a wooden toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cakes while serving.
Note : Let the cakes cool before drizzling the sauce.
Tip : Looks good when presented with fresh mint on top of the cakes. |
