Ingredients:
Tomato – 3 nos. sliced (medium ones)
Onion – ½ the onion sliced
Green chile – 2 nos. halved
Grated coconut – 1 handful
Tamarind paste – ½ tsp
Salt
Oil
Preparation:
In a skillet heat the oil and sauté the tomato, onion and green chilli. Transfer them to the blender, add the grated coconut, salt, tamarind paste and blend them coarsely.
Note: Add 1 tsp water at a time if it doesn’t blend well.
Tip: Take a big plate put a small bowl of the chutney in the middle and spread
some nachos around. What could be easier?
