Ingredients:
Fish – 2 lb
Curry leaves – 15 nos
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Whole black peppercorns – ½ tbsp
Fennel seeds – ½ tbsp
Salt
Oil to fry
Preparation:
Crush fennel seeds, whole pepper and the curry leaves coarsely in a spice grinder and mix all other ingredients with it. Season the fish with the mixture and fry it.
Note: Pat dry the fish well with paper towels before you season it.
Tip: Fish and lemon are good friends! So remember to serve the fish with
lemon wedges.
